Hello, my name is Jordan Anderson. I started my journey here at Global American a few years ago, shortly after graduating college. I am thankful that I was given this opportunity, and I saw this as my chance to grow and make my parents proud. I saw how hard they had to work to put my sister and I through schooling and I wanted to make something of myself.

As a Hardware Technician, I perform a lot of different tasks throughout my typical day. I have to say troubleshooting has been the most challenging for me but also where I’ve grown the most. I like to figure out solutions and I have a lot of support in my manager and the rest of the team.

In my short time here, Global American has really become my second family. We work hard but have fun doing it. Looking back at these past few years, I can honestly say I am proud of myself and this team. Especially with what we are dealing with because of Covid-19. We are always there for each other. One thing that I learned in my life thus far is to never give up because someone is always there with the door open. Global American had it open for me.

A lot of people tell me my laugh and smile light up the room. I like to wish everyone good morning when I arrive at the office. I feel it starts the day off right. I enjoy traveling and photography and sports cars. I also spend my free time tinkering with computers at home. There is always something to learn.
